YOU Can Make Halloween Hair Bands: A DIY Project for Creative Souls

Welcome my creative people to my blog.

It’s spooky season! Halloween is in the air and as a wicked person myself I do love this time of the year.

Let’s make a magic, easy Halloween hairband DIY for your party costume.

So, for my spooky project, you will need

  • plastic hairband
  • a piece of velvet fabric
  • a piece of black tutu fabric
  • needle
  • black threads
  • scissors
  • resin simulation doll eyes
  • fabric or foam roses
  • Silicone glue
  • a piece of the ribbon depends on your hairband size
  • scull beads
  • ribbon

Step 1

For this step, you need to prepare a plastic hairband a piece of velvet fabric, threads, a needle and scissors. First of all, take measurements of the plastic hairband and according to your size cut out a piece of velvet fabric.

Step 2

Stitch around the hairband in the velvet fabric piece.

Step 3

Glue the resin simulation doll eyes into the middle of the roses, 3 or more Roses for hairband up to your preference and the size of the roses.

Step 4

Stitch on or glue on the roses on the hairband

Step 5

For the veil, you need tutu fabric a needle with threads.

Cut out a piece of tutu fabric as big as you like for your veil.

Step 6

This step is very simple just shape your tutu veil and stitch it around the hairband.

Step 7

So, we are almost finished with our project just stitch the scull beads on the hairband.

Step 8

Ups… almost forgot.. just the last step is the ribbon finish. Cut off the ribbon the same size as the hairband and stitch it inside for a professional finish.

Love you my creative people and hope my DIY inspired you to make it with me.

Happy Halloween!
